In short

What is the Salary Hike Calculator?

The salary hike calculator applies a percentage increase to your current monthly salary. It shows the new monthly salary, the rupee amount of the increase and the new annual figure, so you can see what a hike offer means in practice.

How it works

The increase equals current monthly salary multiplied by the hike percentage divided by 100. New monthly salary equals the current salary plus the increase. New annual salary equals the new monthly salary multiplied by twelve. Deductions are not applied, so figures are gross.

How to use it

  1. Enter your current monthly salary.
  2. Enter the hike percentage.
  3. Read the new monthly salary, the increase and the annual figure.
