What is the Salary Slip Generator?
The Salary Slip Generator builds a printable payslip from the company and employee details and the earnings and deductions you type line by line. It adds up the gross, the total deductions and the net pay, and writes the net pay in Indian words. It does only arithmetic, and runs in your browser so nothing is uploaded.
How to use it
- Enter the company, employee name, employee ID, designation and pay month.
- Type each earning on its own line as label | amount.
- Type each deduction on its own line in the same format.
- Check gross and net pay, then print or save the slip as PDF.
Salary Slip Generator — FAQ
Does the tool calculate PF, tax or other deductions?
No. You type every figure yourself, and the tool only adds them up. Statutory deductions must be worked out separately under the current rules or with your payroll adviser.
How are earnings and deductions listed?
One per line with the label, a vertical bar and the amount, for example Basic | 30000. Lines without an amount count as zero.
Can I leave deductions empty?
Yes. With no deductions the net pay equals the gross pay.
