Sentence Case Converter — FAQ
Will it keep acronyms like GST or NASA?
Yes, if you tick the option to keep words that are already in capitals. Leave it unticked to lowercase them.
Why does it capitalise a lone I?
In English the pronoun I, including forms such as I am and I will, is always written as a capital letter, so the tool restores it.
What counts as the start of a sentence?
The first letter of the text, any letter after a full stop, question mark or exclamation mark, and the first letter of each new line.
