It is useful for tidying contact lists, pulling addresses from messy notes and preparing data for import into a CRM or mailing tool.
How to use it
- Paste the text that contains email addresses.
- Tick sort or lowercase if you want a tidier list.
- Read the unique addresses in the result box.
- Copy the list or download it as a text file.
Email Extractor — FAQ
Does it remove duplicate addresses?
Yes. Each address appears once, and addresses that differ only in capital letters are treated as the same.
Will it find every possible email format?
It finds standard addresses such as name@example.com and name.surname+tag@mail.example.co.in. Unusual formats may be missed, so check the list before using it.
Should I email everyone on the list?
Only message people who have agreed to hear from you, and follow the privacy and anti-spam rules that apply to you.
