What is the Probation End Date Calculator?
This calculator finds the date a probation period ends. Enter the joining date and the probation length in months. It adds calendar months, using the last day of a shorter month where needed, and shows the confirmation date, the last day of probation and the weekday of each.
How it works
The confirmation date is the joining date plus the probation months. When that month has fewer days than the joining day, the result is the last day of that month, so 31 January plus one month gives the end of February. The last probation day is the day before.
How to use it
- Enter the joining date.
- Enter the probation period in whole months.
- Read the confirmation date and its weekday.
- Check the last day of probation shown below it.
