How to use it
- Fill in your business details and the client details.
- Add one line item per line as description | quantity | rate.
- Set the quotation date, the valid-until date and the GST percentage.
- Edit the terms, then print or save the preview as PDF.
Quotation Generator — FAQ
What is the difference between a quotation and an invoice?
A quotation is an offer of price before the work or supply, while an invoice asks for payment after it. This one is titled Quotation and carries a validity date.
Can I leave GST at zero?
Yes. Enter 0 and the CGST and SGST rows are left out, which suits unregistered businesses or exempt supplies.
How do I write the terms?
Type one term per line in the terms box, such as payment schedule, delivery time or what is excluded. They appear below the totals.
