What is the Purchase Order Generator?
The Purchase Order Generator creates a printable purchase order from the buyer and vendor details, a list of items with quantity and rate, a GST percentage you type, the delivery date and address, and your terms. It shows line totals and the grand total, and runs in your browser without uploading anything.

What does a purchase order do?
It is the buyer's written order to a vendor, stating what is wanted, in what quantity, at what price and by when. Vendors usually quote the PO number on their invoice.
Can the delivery address differ from the buyer address?
Yes. The delivery address has its own box, so goods can go to a warehouse or site while the PO stays in the buyer's name.
Are items in different units supported?
Put the unit in the item description, such as Cotton thread (cones). Quantity and rate are numbers, and the amount is quantity times rate.
