What is the Proforma Invoice Generator?
The Proforma Invoice Generator produces a printable proforma invoice from your details, a list of items and a GST percentage you type. It also works out the advance you want as a percentage of the total and prints your bank details for payment. It runs in your browser, so nothing is uploaded.
How to use it
- Enter the seller and buyer details and the proforma number.
- Type one item per line as description | quantity | rate.
- Set the GST percentage, the advance percentage and your bank details.

What is a proforma invoice?
It is a preliminary bill sent before supply so the buyer can approve the price or arrange an advance. It is not a final tax invoice, and the document is titled accordingly.
How is the advance calculated?
The advance is the percentage you enter applied to the grand total, and the balance is the remainder. Enter 100 to ask for the full amount upfront.
Where do the bank details appear?
Whatever you type in the bank details box appears under the totals, line by line, so the buyer knows where to pay.
