What is the Attendance Percentage Calculator?
This calculator turns working days and days present into an attendance percentage. It also shows the days absent and the absenteeism percentage, which is the share of working days missed. Use it for employee attendance reviews, monthly reports or school and training records.
How it works
Attendance per cent is the days present divided by the working days, times 100. Absent days are the working days minus the days present. Absenteeism per cent is the absent days divided by the working days, times 100. Days present are capped at the working days, and zero working days show zero.
How to use it

- Half days can be entered as decimals such as 0.5.
