What is the Countdown to Date Calculator?
This countdown calculator shows how many days remain until a target date. It also gives the gap in weeks and days and counts the weekdays from Monday to Friday in between. Leave the from date empty to count from today. If the date has gone by, it tells you so.
How it works
Days remaining are the calendar days from the from date to the target date. Weeks are the days divided by 7, with the remainder shown as days. Weekdays are the Monday to Friday days after the from date up to and including the target date. Public holidays are not removed.

Does the countdown include today?
No. It counts the days after the from date up to the target date, so a target tomorrow shows 1 day.
What if my target date has passed?
The tool tells you the date has passed and shows how many days ago it was.
Are holidays removed from the weekdays count?
No. Only Saturdays and Sundays are left out. Subtract any public holidays yourself.
