What is the Timesheet Generator?
The Timesheet Generator creates a printable weekly timesheet from the employee name, the week starting date and entries typed as day, project and hours. It adds up the total hours and, if you enter an hourly rate, the amount payable. It runs in your browser, so nothing you type is uploaded.
How to use it
- Enter the employee name and the date the week starts.
- Type one entry per line as day | project | hours.
- Add an hourly rate if you want the amount worked out, or leave it at 0.
- Print the timesheet or save it as PDF for approval.

Timesheet Generator — FAQ
Can I enter part hours?
Yes. Use decimals, such as 7.5 for seven and a half hours.
What if I do not want an amount?
Leave the hourly rate at 0 and the timesheet shows the total hours only.
Can two entries share a day?
Yes. Add a separate line for each project on the same day and all of them are added to the total.
