Which fields are required?
Only the name is required. Any field you leave empty is simply left out of the contact card.
Will the card open on both iPhone and Android?
The vCard format is widely supported and phone cameras generally offer to add the contact. Test on a couple of devices before printing.
Is my information sent anywhere?
No. The card is built in your browser from what you type. Share the QR code only with people you want to have those details.
